I consider my professional role as that of a real estate counselor. The many customers and clients I have served since 1968 would call me their counselor, too. My full time experience includes 15 years as the owner of my own agency in Massachusetts. I joined Badger Peabody & Smith Realty (formerly Badger Realty)  in 1987, and my expertise and enthusiasm are not only contagious, but are reflected in my success. My wife Sharon and I joined in matrimony in 1963 and are both natives of Belmont, MA raising our kids in Sudbury. Ever since our 1972 family ski trip to the Valley, we have vacationed and owned property here. Now we make North Conway our year-round home. Our vacation paradise became our true home and workplace. It still has the same appeal as it did when we first got to the valley, yet we have come to appreciate and respect the area even more. Walks in all seasons and golf are our favorite forms of recreation, as well as hiking in the mountains with our eight grandchildren. Inviting others to join me in the quality of life here, I like to say “The people of this area have chosen to be here. Their positive outlook and attitude reflect that choice.” If you’re looking to make that same choice, experience is the best counselor. I will advise you well about all your real estate needs. The international business produced by Badger Peabody & Smith Realty and myself over the past years has added a new dimension to my experience having facilitated over 25 transactions involving international buyers.
